Thousand Word Thursday

This weeks assignment: A decoration in your home that is very meaningful to you - a family heirloom, a gift from your BFF, etc.

 This is a a set of china that was my mom's and my grandma's before her. I have a couple more pieces from this set tucked away for 'someday' when I get a real china cabinet. For now this much sits on a shelf above the kitchen sink. A little piece of my mom to keep me company while I'm doing dishes.
